Regal Staffing Services is seeking a detail-oriented On-site Coordinator to join our team. The Regal On-site Coordinator is the primary liaison between some of the company’s most high-volume customers and the corresponding operations branch. While managing the day to day needs at the site, the OSM will grow the partnership between Regal and the customer as well as developing value add functions in the problem solving and service differentiation arenas.
Openshifts
- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. (subject to change based on business needs).
- Flexibility on hours is a must depending on business needs.
- Must be flexible to train between 8:00am and 5:00pm at the branch office (76131).

Pay rate$18.00 - $20.00/hr doe

- Leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal relationship building skills.
- Project and plan for workforce demand fluctuations.
- Accurately complete multiple reports within allocated timeframe.
- Interact with Regal workforce and select key customer personnel on the production floor.
- Process, submit and distribute weekly payroll.
- Conduct new employee orientation and on-boarding.
- Enforce Regal as well as customer policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular staff safety meetings campaigns.
- Attend site meetings.
- Respond to and report any site incidents.
- Adhere to Regal Staffing Services employment policies and standards including but not limited to dress code, code of conduct, punctuality, internet and phone usage policies, use of company resources.
- High School Diploma or GED, college preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of recent relevant work experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook) and willingness to learn new programs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Decision making skills and the ability to lead others in a challenging, performance driven environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule as required.
- Unsurpassed professionalism and the ability to communicate with customers and at all levels within the organization.
- Recruiting / staffing experience a plus.
Reports directly to Branch Manager and Program Development Manager.
