Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare setting;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with clinical staff and/or local responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including corridors, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter points, with working environments and conditions varying by location;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction and/or access control consistent with site policies;
Complete reports and document unusual activity, incidents, and/or policy violations per Allied Universal guidelines and site requirements
