You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. In addition, you will handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls for food and labor, cash control, work to a schedule, maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards, deliver great customer service, manage attendance & punctuality, ensure transportation to/from work, keep store cleanliness, support marketing, and drive profitability.
