RN - MedSurg​/Tele

This is a 13-week contract position.

Nights, available as either 3x12-hour shifts or 4x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).

The Medical Surgical/Telemetry RN will provide essential patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and practice guidelines.

• Monitor patient vital signs and clinical symptoms.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care activities using the Epic charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Current SC RN license or Compact license required prior to start.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Med/Surg experience is essential; telemetry experience is preferred.
