RN - PCU

Night shifts, 7 PM to 7 AM, with options for 3x12 or 4x12 schedules.

We are seeking a skilled Neuro/PCU RN to provide high-quality patient care in our facility. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in neuro and step-down critical care nursing, managing patient ratios of 1:4-5, and will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide comprehensive nursing assessment and care for patients in the Neuro/PCU unit.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor, record, and report changes in conditions or behaviors.
• Communicate effectively with all interdisciplinary team members.

• Must have at least 2 years of nursing experience in a Neuro or PCU setting.
• Current SC RN license or Compact license required prior to start.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required.
• Telemetry competency is mandatory.
