Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) – Travel

Location: Florence, SC 29505

Duration: 13 week contract

Shift: Day Shift | 3×12s or 4×12s | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Every other weekend required

• Provide rapid assessment and emergency nursing care to patients with varying acuity levels

• Triage patients and prioritize care based on clinical urgency

• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies per emergency protocols

• Assist with trauma activations, medical emergencies, and critical procedures

• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes

• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary teams

• Perform charge nurse duties as needed, including patient flow and staff coordination

• Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR

• Float within scope to similar units or sister facilities as required

• Active South Carolina RN license or Compact RN license (must be in hand prior to start)

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience

• First-time travelers accepted

• Charge Nurse experience required

• Ability to work days, weekends, and facility-required schedules

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)

• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)

• Experience working in short-term acute care or community hospital ER settings

• Familiarity with Epic charting system

• Local Radius: 60 miles

• Local candidates may be accepted on a case-by-case basis
