Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 4x12 Nights (6:45pm–7:15am; 3x12 or 4x12 accepted)
Pay: $2,240/week
Job DescriptionTravel RN needed for a high-risk Labor & Delivery / LDRP unit providing care through labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum, including newborn transition after delivery. Unit manages mostly high-risk patients with ratios of 1:1–1:2. Floating to sister units within skill set is required. No first-time travelers accepted. Epic charting environment. Weekend coverage required.
Responsibilities- Provide full-scope labor and delivery and LDRP nursing care
- Manage high-risk obstetrical patients during labor and delivery
- Catch and transition newborns after delivery
- Monitor fetal status and respond to abnormal heart rate patterns
- Circulate for C-sections and support operative deliveries
- Provide immediate newborn stabilization and care
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic
- Float to sister units within competency as needed
- Active South Carolina or Compact RN license required (in hand or proof of application)
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP required (AHA only)
- Minimum 2 years recent L&D experience required
- LDRP experience preferred
- Prior travel experience required
- No first-time travelers accepted
- Epic charting experience preferred
- STABLE certification preferred
