Summary:
Receives and provides information to patients, significant others, healthcare team members and hospital guests in a courteous and professional manner. Provides an accurate and timely registration process to the patient population. Needs to be able to work 3rd shift as needed.

- Register and admit patients in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.
- Secure necessary signatures and copies of insurance cards and patient identification.
- Collect deductibles and co-insurance payments when appropriate.
- Enforce company policies regarding admitting, discharging and transferring patients.

High School Degree or GED - Work Experience
: 1-year medical office experience including contact with general public
