Security Officer Shopping Center

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff and shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout retail sales floors, common areas, stock areas, and building perimeters; working environments and conditions may vary by location;
Monitor entrances and exits, observe shopper and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or hazards to the appropriate parties;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, gathering information, and requesting additional support when needed;
Complete required documentation such as shift logs, incident reports, and patrol activity notes in accordance with site-specific procedures
