Project Controls Lead

Our team is currently looking for a Project Controls Lead for a critical greenfield construction project. This role is responsible for ensuring robust controls are in place, and holds overall responsibility for the project controls function.

About you:

• 15+ years' experience on capital construction projects ($150MM+) , preferably in nuclear, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries
• Proven experience managing EPCM performance from Owner's side
• Solid understanding of ROI and project financial and accounting principles
• Expert level mastery of Primavera P6 and Project Management frameworks
• Proficiency in reporting including S-curve and waterfall charts
• Implement project controls frameworks and key project management delivery processes

About the role:

• Work with finance representatives and Project Director to monitor and manage project spending
• Lead the project controls team and ensure robust schedule and progress management, cost management, change management, and risk management
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure communication with global project teams
• Provide information and support project gate reviews
• Ensure adequate governance is in place to ensure control of cost, schedule, steering, etc.
