We are actively seeking a Water & Wastewater Assistant Project Manager to join our dedicated group of professionals in Lancaster, PA
. As a Water & Wastewater Assistant Project Manager, you are responsible for:

• Assisting with managing environmental water/wastewater projects
• Preparing project designs and reports
• Preparing and administering construction contracts
• Supporting financial functions and resources
• Completing project permitting requirements
• Reviewing and approving project invoices
• Managing proposal scope and budget preparation
• Client relationship management and development activities
• Communicating with other HRG staff as needed to ensure projects are completed timely and on budget

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 4+ years of professional experience involving:
  • Design of water distribution and treatment systems
  • Wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment systems and processes
  • Hydraulics
  • On lot systems
  • Environmental assessments
  • Computer modeling of water systems
  • Hydraulic design software
  • PA DEP regulations
• Experience in project management
  • Ability to provide timely project deliverables
  • Develop and maintain excellent client satisfaction
• Previous experience with Deltek VantagePoint preferred
• Professional certification or licensure preferred, but not required
• Full knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite, and various engineering applications are required
• Team player possessing strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays (Valid US Driver's License is required)
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
