How you'll get to contribute:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a innovating and collaborative mindset and a strong background in scheduling for vertical construction projects and be proficient in Oracle Primavera P6 software. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate scheduling.
- Monitor progress and identify potential delays, providing mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present schedule reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
- Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in scheduling for vertical construction projects (e.g., commercial buildings, high-rise structures).
- Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 software.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience with engineering, architectural, and construction documents (i.e., maps, drawings, technical specifications, etc.).
- Experience in mentoring, coaching and training junior staff
- Experience with Microsoft Project and other scheduling tools.
Annual Paid Time Off:
- Sick Leave: 5 Days (40 Hours)
- Vacation: 15 Days (120 Hours)
- Holidays: 11 Federal Holidays (88 Hours) observed in accordance with
mcfa's Holiday Schedule
- Following your first full quarter worked, you will qualify for a profit-share bonus that is distributed at the end of each quarter if company targets are hit.
- Incoming Growth Units: 10
- Growth Unit allotment may increase over time.
- Eligible to participate in mcfa's family medical, dental and vision coverage; plan access begins on the first day of employment.
- mcfa contributes up to 75% shared cost, not to exceed $700 per month.
- Company paid life insurance plan (up to $100,000 per employee).
- Company paid short-term and long-term disability insurance.
- You are eligible to participate in Company retirement plan (401k) on first day of employment with mcfa.
