Position Information
Full-time, 12-month secretarial position anticipated July 1, 2026, working with the Special Services Director. The ideal candidate thrives in a demanding environment, managing critical timelines and sensitive information with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage departmental calendars, recordkeeping, and daily office operations in an organized manner.
- Ensure strict adherence to special education deadlines and reporting requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for staff and families, requiring exceptional people skills.
- Maintain student records and departmental data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Required mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Strong preference given to candidates with Power School proficiency and special education experience with process and procedures.
- Must be meticulous, able to multi-task independently, and committed to maintaining student privacy.
