Provide customer service to location personnel and visitors;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Control access at entrances and designated checkpoints by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing deliveries;
Complete detailed reports and shift logs on patrol findings, incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations;
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when directed by post orders
