The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

Up to 38 hours per week. Physical demands include in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Minimum age 18.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
