Join our dedicated team at Main Street Terrace Care Center, a Long Term Care Facility in Lancaster, Ohio, where we prioritize providing high-quality care and nutritious meals to our residents. We are currently seeking a Dietary Aide to support our culinary and dining operations.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dietary Aide who can help prepare and serve meals, maintain cleanliness, and ensure our residents receive nutritious and delicious food. This role requires excellent teamwork and a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and quality.

• 11am
  -7:30pm, 16-20 hours weekly with an every other weekend rotation.

• Prepare meals and beverages according to specific procedures and dietary guidelines.
• Serve meals while maintaining sanitation and quality standards.
• Store stock appropriately to maintain cleanliness and prevent food spoilage.
• Accurately record meals served and monitor food temperatures to ensure safety.
• Clean assigned dining areas following established procedures.
• Wash dishes and utensils according to acceptable standards of practice.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and health regulations.
• Participate in menu planning and contribute ideas for meal improvements.

• Experience in a dietary or food service role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Knowledge of sanitation and food safety regulations is a plus.
