If you enjoy hands‑on work, learning new equipment, and being part of a team that counts on you, this could be the opportunity for you. At Duraco Specialty Materials, our Machine Operators help create the adhesive‑coated materials our customers rely on every day. You’ll work with coating machines that apply pressure‑sensitive adhesive to paper, film, and foil—learning a unique skill set you can grow over time.
Your day will involve setting up the adhesive coating machine, running production, checking materials, and keeping everything operating smoothly. You’ll adjust machine controls, monitor temperatures and speed, take test samples, and make sure each coated roll meets our quality standards. You’ll also work closely with teammates, communicate when something looks off, and help keep a safe, organized workspace. You don’t need years of experience—just mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and the willingness to learn.
If you like hands‑on work, enjoy staying active, and want to build skills that can grow into a long‑term career, you’ll fit in well here.
- Set up and operate coating machines, including adjusting machine speeds, adhesive flow, and drying temperatures to meet product specifications.
