Overview

The mission of the Fairfield County Prosecutor’s Office is to serve the citizens of Fairfield County by pursuing justice, protecting the public against criminal activity, and providing timely and competent legal services to clients. The Fairfield County Prosecutor’s Office is seeking motivated, qualified applicants for a full-time Victim Assistance Specialist position. Primary duties for the position include providing support, information, and referrals to crime victims. The position requires the ability to empathize with crime victims (and their families) and a commitment to helping them seek justice and healing through the criminal justice system. The ideal applicant will have heart for serving their community and fellow citizens, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
