We invite a seasoned PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med/Peds) to join a respected critical access hospital as MEDICAL DIRECTOR overseeing a team of Physicians and APPs. As head of the outpatient primary care team, you will spend 24 hours/week practicing (21.5 hours with patients, 2.5 hours for documentation) and 16 hours/week on Medical Director activities. You should be a strong role model and mentor, an effective listener, and comfortable with EMRs. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of hands-on outpatient primary care experience.

You will earn a salary of $300K PLUS a Directorship stipend, PLUS an annual Quality bonus, PLUS wRVU productivity based bonuses.
