Automotive Internet Sales​/Business Development Agent; BDC

Position: Automotive Internet Sales/Business Development Agent (BDC)
Ron Bouchard's Auto Stores is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Internet Sales Business Development Agent to join our team. If you have a passion for the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building relationships, this may be the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a candidate with afternoon and early evening availability to work our closing shifts.

As an Automotive BDC Representative, you will be directly responsible for monitoring, following up with potential customer inquiries received via the internet, phone. Outstanding customer service, organization, and follow-through are required. If you have experience as an appointment setter and/or call center experience, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or text)
• Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion.
• Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives.
• Disclosing terms of sales with consumers and reviewing sales with dealership management

Job Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience
• Previous call center and/or Internet sales experience a plus
• Sales experience is a plus, NOT required
• Requires strong communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers
