Vital Core Health Strategies is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for part‑time work (day, evening, night) at Souza Baranowski Correctional Center.

Base pay: $25.00/hr – $30.00/hr.

The Certified Nursing Assistant assists physicians and nurses in meeting patients’ health‑care needs.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Certified by a professional organization in the state.
• Subject to initial and ongoing security clearance requirements.

• Takes vital signs, height, and weight.
• Assists with PPDs and EKGs.
• Measures and records intake and output.
• Assists with patient treatments such as dressing changes, decubitus ulcer care, and tracheostomy care.
• Adheres to universal precaution procedures and established infection‑control procedures.
• Adheres to safety and security policies and participates in disaster drills.
• Is proficient with CPR and receives re‑certification training annually.
• Assists in cleaning, sterilizing, and securing equipment.
• Follows security regulations for keys, sharps, and controlled medications.
