RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a full-time position to join our residential team in Lancaster, MA. Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.75 per hour. $2,500 Sign-on Bonus!
DSPs are the heart of the work we do at RFK Community Alliance. You will work directly with adolescents facing mental health challenges in a group home setting to support their daily needs, foster independence, and empower them to live their best lives. This role is incredibly rewarding, offering the chance to make a direct impact on someone’s life every day.
You will assist with daily activities, provide emotional support, and help individuals achieve their personal goals. We provide full training for all new DSPs to ensure you have the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to excel in this position.

Caring and compassionate professionals provide support to children and adolescents with mental health challenges. You will play a vital role in providing daily therapeutic support and guidance so they can achieve the highest level of independence. You will have opportunities to gain solid human services skills and access to a career path that could lead to supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements- High School Diploma required; minimum age 21. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- 32 or 40 hours:
Sun, 8:00 am – 10:00 pm;
Mon–Wed, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm - 32 or 40 hours:
Wed–Fri, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm;
Sat, 8:00 am – 10:00 pm - 30 or 40 hours:
Sun–Wed, 10:00 pm – 8:00 am - 30 or 40 hours:
Wed–Sat, 10:00 pm – 8:00 am - 40 hours: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am
- 40 hours:
Tue–Fri; 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm (Wed/Thu off)

$2,500 Sign-On Incentive! This position is eligible for the RFK Community Alliance Sign-On Incentive in the amount of $2,500 in your first year of employment. You will receive $500 after 3 months; $500 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months.
