Pay RangeBase pay: $18.00/hr – $20.00/hr
About the RoleOur infant program is dedicated to nurturing infants during their earliest stages of development. We are seeking a Temporary Infant Teacher who brings patience, warmth, and professionalism to this role. Who We SeekWe seek a Temporary Infant Teacher who will work under the guidance of the Lead Infant Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants. This role supports the education, daily care, and well‑being of children while incorporating RFK Community Alliance’s promise and principles as well as developmentally appropriate practices aligned with NAEYC standards.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in trainings, workshops, and professional development required by EEC and the program
Program Director and Program Coordinator
Shift40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM. Temporary position; duration to be discussed during the interview process.
Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years of age or possess a high school diplomaפון equivalent
- Must meet all Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) qualifications for the position
- Infant/Toddler Teacher certification by EEC
- Experience working with infants preferred
