We seek a Temporary Infant Teacher who will work under the guidance of the Lead Infant Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants. This role supports the education, daily care, and well‑being of children while incorporating RFK Community Alliance’s promise and principles as well as developmentally hesitate practices aligned with NAEYC standards.

You are a sensitive, mature, and caring team player who relates well to both children and adults. Qualifications include:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must meet all Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) qualifications for the position
• Infant/Toddler Teacher certification by EEC
• Experience working with infants preferred

• Participate in trainings, workshops, and professional development required by EEC and the program

Program Director and Program Coordinator

40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, Hours of Operation are 7:30 AM–5:30 PM.

This is a temporary position; duration to be discussed during the interview process.
