QualificationsRequirements for Territory Sales Manager The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales and Account Management.
- High school degree, GED or applicable experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred).
- Three (3) years of outbound sales experience focused on products or solution selling.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness and ability to travel 25%-40% to conduct field visits with important customers.
- Valid Driver's License and proof of current automobile insurance.
- Must be US Citizen or Authorized to Work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Industry knowledge.
- Negotiation skills.
- Sales planning, lead sourcing and managing profitability.
- Customer relationship development.
- Prospecting, cold calling, referral generation.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager. As the Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of our company's products and services, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsible for maximizing share of specialty products portfolio across an assigned account, geography, or product line. This role is responsible for driving, building, and maintaining strong revenue streams for designated products, and driving product line growth through effective sales strategies. Creatively mine for potential prospects and applications; researching target industries, understanding goals, challenges, and opportunities. Create plans that outline objectives, strategies, and action plans for assigned portfolio and territory.
