Job Overview

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.

Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
