Retail Sales Associate (Staples)

Join the Staples team as a Retail Sales Associate and help customers find the products they need while building a friendly, inclusive, and fun retail environment. We hire immediately and provide training.

• Assist customers in locating products and provide solutions.
• Handle returns and online pickups.
• Collect payments, operate cash register, and manage merchandising.
• Create a positive, inviting environment for customers.
• Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer requests and concerns.
• Perform cleaning, stocking shelves, and other duties as assigned.

• Flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Strong customer engagement and service orientation.
• Ability to collaborate in a high‑paced environment.
• Conflict management in a nonconfrontational manner.
• Honesty and integrity with customer and company information.
• Physical ability to lift/move 10‑50 pounds, climb ladders, stand/walk continuously.
• Preferred: customer service or cashier experience in a retail setting.
