About the RoleSaxton & Stump is seeking 2 motivated and talented Associates with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing Business Litigation Practice Group
. The position can be filled in either the firm’s Harrisburg or Lancaster offices.
The ideal candidate will combine strong litigation experience, including hands‑on involvement in case strategy, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances. Experience with shareholder disputes, business fraud, transactional disputes, injunction proceedings and e‑discovery processes a plus. Candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical abilities, strong writing skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities- Represent clients in all phases of business and commercial litigation
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
- Work with e‑discovery service providers
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues
