Our client is looking to add an Operating Room (OR) Surgical Technician to their team. As an OR Surgical Tech, you will assist surgeons and the perioperative team during surgical procedures by preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile field, and ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are available. You will play a critical role in supporting patient safety, anticipating the needs of the surgical team, and upholding all clinical standards, policies, and procedures.

• Location: Lancaster, California

• Unit: Operating Room (OR)

• Duration: Travel Contract

• Schedule: GWW 40

• Shift: 4 × 10-hour shifts

• Call Rotation: Weekday, weekend, and holiday call required

Qualifications:

• Surgical Technician Certificate

• BLS certification

• NIHSS certification (AVMC requires annual renewal)

• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience

• Experience in Trauma, Orthopedics, and Robotics

• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and take call as requested by AVMC
