Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Bilingual Caregivers to provide essential support to clients in need of assistance. Empathy Hands Home Care is looking for reliable, empathetic, and qualified Female caregivers to serve our clients in the Lancaster area. We are looking for COVID-vaccinated, experienced Caregivers, CNAs, or Senior Companions for clients in Lancaster. This is our agency's goal. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being s position requires a commitment to delivering personalized care while respecting the dignity and privacy of those you serve.
Job Type: Part-time. Pay: $20.50 - $22.50 per hour. Expected hours: up to 30 per week for a month.

Responsibilities- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, range of motion exercises, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing housekeeping tasks.
- Support clients with mobility assistance, including lifting and transfers from wheelchair to bed.
- Medication reminders and monitor health conditions.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
- Fall prevention and follow safety protocols.
- Meal preparation and cooking.
- Personal hygiene support.
- Dementia care experience is a must.
- Showering and grooming assistance.
- Experience in patient care or senior care is highly desirable.
- Experience with dementia and Alzheimer’s a must; at least 3 years recommended.
- Knowledge of home health care practices and working with individuals with ALS is a plus.
- Ability to perform light cleaning duties as part of maintaining a safe environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Compassionate nature, patience, and understanding.
- Ability to lift clients safely when needed, adhering to proper lifting techniques.
- Familiarity with meal preparation that meets nutritional needs.
