Primary Care Family Nurse Practitioner Lancaster, CA

Seeking FNP to join talented team in Lancaster, CA.

This position will play a vital role in the Health Center’s Primary Care program. The successful candidate will be an advanced practice registered nurse who has acquired the necessary training to provide primary healthcare services to patients. The candidate will be responsible for caring for patients, maintaining accurate and current patient records, and scheduling and administering follow-up appointments to patients as needed.

The candidate will also be able to develop an appropriate treatment plan and provide effective management of patient care with proper evaluation. The candidate can also function as an educator to families, staff, and the community.

Skills / Experience

• 1+ years experience
• A keen interest in helping the underserved population (e.g. the homeless population).
• FQHC Experience a plus
• Familiarity with Quality Measures a plus
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus

• Alanon Family Group (Tuesdays at 5:15-6:15PM, open to the community)
• SMART recovery group (Open to BACHC Primary Care patients, call for more information)
• Plus other special groups for specific issues

• $90-130K per year
