Locum - Physician - OB Hospitalist Lancaster, CA

Required Skills:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• State medical license with Obstetrics and Gynecology certification
• Valid DEA license
• Proven experience in obstetric hospitalist duties
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hospital setting

Nice to Have

Skills:

• BLS and NRP certification
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Prior locum or hospitalist experience preferred
• Bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Completion of a residency or fellowship in OB-GYN
• Minimum of 2 years post-residency clinical experience in obstetrics
• Prior work in hospitalist roles or acute care settings

Other Requirements:

• Must be eligible for temporary or locum licensing
• Willingness to travel to Lancaster, CA, as required
• Certifications in BLS and NRP preferred
• Ability to commit to scheduled shifts starting from 12/31/2025

• Hourly Pay Rate: $195.00
