Required Skills:

• Valid medical license to practice in California
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Proven experience in OB hospitalist roles or inpatient obstetric care
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Familiarity with hospital protocols and obstetric emergency procedures
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of obstetric hospitalist experience
• Recent practice in acute obstetric care settings

Other Requirements:

• Availability for weekend shifts starting December 31, 2025
• Willingness to perform duties in a hospital setting with variable hours
• Certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Travel and licensure reimbursement as applicable
