As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Todd Main - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
