Position SummaryMotorenn is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and maintaining high-end vehicles to Motorenn’s exacting quality standards. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring every car we offer meets our promise of trust, value, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do- Perform Motorenn’s comprehensive 151-point inspection on incoming vehicles.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of premium and luxury vehicles.
- Identify mechanical and cosmetic issues and document findings with accuracy and clarity.
- Complete all repairs efficiently, safely, and in accordance with OEM and Motorenn standards.
- Collaborate closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Support continuous improvement of Motorenn’s inspection and reconditioning processes.
- Uphold Motorenn’s values of trust, transparency, and exceptional service in every task.
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician; experience with premium/luxury brands is a major plus.
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills across a variety of makes and models.
- ASE certifications or manufacturer certifications preferred.
- Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to document inspection results clearly.
- A team-oriented mindset with a passion for automotive excellence.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
