Leaders in Care are working directly with a highly rated council located in the Greater Manchester area, for an experienced social worker to join the Child Protection team, at a competitive pay rate of £40 per hour, which is topped up by our exclusive Leaders in Care bonus.

• Provide high-quality social work support to children and families within the Child Protection team.
• Contribute to safeguarding investigations and plan outcomes in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate case records, manage a manageable caseload, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Adhere to statutory requirements and professional standards set by Social Work England.

• Flexible working schedule allowing you to condense hours into 4 days, creating a 3-day weekend.

As this is a statutory role, you do require a social work qualification & registration to Social Work England.
