Job DescriptionSalary: £36,363 - £40,777 per annum. Full time, Permanent.
Location:
East Lancashire.
A qualified and experienced Social Worker with empathy and the drive to make a difference, finding creative ways to support people to achieve what they want to and live as independently as possible in a place they call their home.
Responsibilities- Undertake strength based, outcome focussed assessments and support planning, ensuring that the residents of Lancashire receive the right amount of support.
- Support people to access local services, maintain independence, promote health and wellbeing and to live independently.
- Work alongside other agencies, professionals, and informal carers, providing a holistic service.
- Support managers and benefit from various training and progression opportunities.
- Registered with Social Work England (SWE) or in the process of applying.
- Must be able to provide a car for use in the duties of the post and be insured for business use (consideration may be given if unable to drive due to disability).
- Must comply with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 and DBS disclosure.
