Fire Alarm Engineer

A well-established building services and maintenance company, who are looking to recruit a Fire Alarm Engineer (Small Works & Service) to support contracts across the Northwest.

They are a one-stop shop for building services, maintenance, and emergency repairs, operating across the UK.

Location Covered:
Northwest – Ormskirk, Barrow, Burnley

Working Hours:
7:30am – 4:00pm
(30 minutes travel time each way included)

• Lancashire and South Cumbria Foundation Trust
• Mental Health Centres
• Facilities maintenance contracts

• Call out rota: 1 in 15 weeks (shared with electrical team)
• Standby payment: £150 per week (Wednesday to Wednesday)
• Overtime available

• Salary: £38,000 – £45,000
• Holidays: 24 days + bank holidays
