Fabric Maintenance Technician - Building Services Maintenance - Door to Door, Overtime + Vehicle + Package

• We are recruiting for 3 Fabric Maintenance Engineers to work in their Service and Maintenance team, roles based around the Manchester area with daily travel to client sites within a 20 mile radius.
• Van supplied and tools provided to perform weekly checks, onsite repairs, and buddying with other engineers.
• Participate in on-call rota (1 in 5 currently across the region) for repairs and maintenance tasks.

• Salary upto £30,000 with overtime and door-to-door travel (OTE £38,000).
• 40 hr week with door-to-door pay.
• On-call payment: £145 per week.
• OT time weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Fully paid sick pay.
• Private pension and company van.

• Experience with repairs to various buildings – Essential.
• Trade background and health & safety knowledge – Desirable.
• C&G or NVQ Level 2 or above – Desirable.
• Full clean driving licence – Desirable.
• CRB check – Essential.

This role would suit someone who has worked within Building Services, M&E, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, Fire & Security, Hire organisations, or related industries.
