We are currently looking for a reliable Labourer to join our team working on domestic social housing properties in and around Leyland. This is a full-time position offering steady work and competitive hourly pay.

• Assisting skilled trades on occupied and void social housing properties
• General labouring duties including loading/unloading materials
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe
• Basic strip‑out, clearance, and site preparation works
• Supporting day‑to‑day maintenance and refurbishment tasks

• Previous labouring experience (social housing experience preferred but not essential)
• Good work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in tenants’ homes professionally and respectfully
• CSCS card preferred
• Full UK driving licence desirable

• £16 per hour
• Full‑time, ongoing work
• Local work based around Leyland
• Opportunity to gain experience within social housing maintenance
