• Ensure a safe and secure environment for BBC staff and visitors
• Manage reception and control access to the site
• Conduct regular patrols and respond to incidents
• Monitor security systems and report any activity or concerns
• Deliver a friendly, professional front‑of‑house service at all times

• A valid SIA licence
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Previous front‑of‑house or security experience (preferred)
• A proactive, reliable, and professional attitude
