Overview

Chorley Group is an established automotive company founded in 1989 with nine key dealerships and six franchises across the North-West of England, representing brands including MG, Isuzu, Vauxhall, Citroen, Hyundai, Nissan, and Kia. The group emphasizes customer service excellence and lasting relationships.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in the United Kingdom. The selected candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.

• Assist customers and provide product information
• Coordinate with different teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company policies

• Customer service and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on relationship-building and satisfaction
• Experience or knowledge in sales, retail, or automobile industries
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in databases, record-keeping systems, and basic computer applications
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• A proactive, motivated, and collaborative mindset
• Experience in the automotive sector is a plus
