Retail Sales Merchandiser

Applicants must have their own vehicle and a full driving licence to travel between stores.

Shift pattern: 2 Mondays and 2 Fridays during store opening hours.

DCK is a leading fashion jewellery company working with well‑known retailers such as River Island, M&S, Matalan and Tesco.

Our Retail Assistants provide face‑to‑face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we provide:

You will be based in Lancaster but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. Availability to start as soon as possible is required.

You will work alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and ongoing support. Being tech savvy is desirable as we use several apps to help work run smoothly.

• Customer‑focused, friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.
• Merchandise products according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Put out deliveries of new stock.
• Maintain housekeeping standards.
• Set up promotional activities.
• Build relationships with host management teams and identify opportunities to improve sales.

Note:

The Christmas period is our busiest time and we are unable to authorize leave in December. Please keep this in mind when applying.

• Prior customer‑facing experience required; fashion brands are a plus.
• Sales and/or retail sales experience preferred.
• Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with operating system Android 8.1 or later, or iOS 13.4 or later.
