Salary: £35,000 – £37,000

Are you an experienced quality professional with a strong understanding of education compliance and funding requirements? We’re looking for a Quality Manager to lead and strengthen quality assurance across government-funded Bootcamps. This is a hands-on, office-based role where you’ll play a key part in maintaining high standards, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

The Role
As Quality Manager, you’ll take ownership of the quality assurance framework across all Bootcamp delivery. You’ll ensure programmes meet regulatory and funding requirements while supporting teams to continuously improve performance and standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading quality assurance activities across all Bootcamp provision
* Ensuring compliance with EIF, Ofsted, and funding body requirements
* Conducting audits, observations, and internal quality reviews
* Monitoring performance data and identifying areas for improvement
* Supporting and coaching delivery teams to maintain high standards
* Preparing for and leading on external inspections and audits
* Reporting to senior leadership on quality performance and risk
Ideal Candidate
You’ll have solid experience in quality management within education or government-funded training provision.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
* Proven experience in a quality-focused role within funded provision
* Strong knowledge of EIF and Ofsted requirements
* Experience with Bootcamps or other government-funded training programmes
* Excellent attention to detail and compliance knowledge
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to influence at all levels
