Service Care Solutions are recruiting to support a major Primary Care Centre located in Morcombe.

Primary Care (GP Surgery)

Rate: £45 per hour (LTD)

8:00am – 6:30pm

We are seeking an experienced ACP / ANP to support a GP surgery in the Morecambe / Heysham area. This role involves delivering high‑quality primary care services, managing a varied caseload, and working autonomously within a well‑established practice team.

• Conduct same‑day acute clinics, minor illness appointments and chronic disease reviews within scope of practice.
• Perform face‑to‑face and telephone clinical assessments, diagnose conditions, and formulate management plans.
• Prescribe medications safely and appropriately (if a qualified prescriber).
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records using EMIS.
• Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and wider MDT to ensure continuity of care.
• Support practice demand during peak periods by providing high‑quality, autonomous clinical decision‑making.

• Qualified ACP / ANP with proven primary care or urgent care experience (L7 MSc).
• Confident in autonomous clinical assessment and management.
• Smartcard essential.
• Competent using EMIS.
• Full right to work in the UK.
