Assembly Production Operative

We are currently recruiting for dedicated, experienced, and motivated Assemblers to join a busy and fast-paced production team. If you have a keen eye for detail, take pride in producing high-quality work, and enjoy working as part of a team — this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

As an Assembly Operative, you will play a key role in manufacturing finished products to precise specifications and quality standards.

• Assembling and testing components to create finished products
• Following detailed instructions, diagrams, and specifications
• Inspecting parts for defects and ensuring quality standards are consistently met
• Operating hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Preparing completed products for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to achieve daily production targets

• Previous assembly experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• The ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently
• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• A reliable and positive work ethic

• Monday to Thursday: 7:45am - 4:15pm

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with the potential to secure a permanent contract after 12 successful weeks.
