Facilities Coordinator

• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the site, including emptying bins and sweeping around the premises.
• Operate floor cleaning equipment to ensure hygienic and presentable indoor areas.
• Manage waste disposal, including baling cardboard and plastic for recycling purposes.
• Assist with site maintenance tasks such as weeding, clearing leaves, and general outdoor upkeep.
• Support one-off tasks such as moving office furniture, disposing of old products, or minor painting jobs.
• Utilise an FLT (Forklift Truck) license to load/unload trucks and handle baling operations.

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or site upkeep is desirable.
• Valid FLT (Forklift Truck) license is highly advantageous.
• Ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, moving furniture, and outdoor maintenance.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures relevant to facilities management.
• Reliable and proactive approach to completing daily tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Due to the secure nature of the site, a Base Line Personal Standard Security Check will be done on the successful candidate.
