• Manage a varied and engaging caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, re:mortgages, freehold and leasehold transactions, as well as new build and plot purchases.
• Deliver an exceptional level of service to clients throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring transactions are handled efficiently, accurately and with a strong client focused approach.

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years  PQE and a proven track record of managing the full spectrum of residential conveyancing work.
• Confident in running their own caseload with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
