Private Client Partner

Private Client Solicitor - up to £90,000 salary

This Lancashire based law firm offers a range of high quality legal advice relating to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate/tax planning for high net worth individuals, SMEs and business owners.

Due to the expansion of the firm’s Private Client department across Lancashire it is now seeking to appoint an experienced & technically strong Partner/Senior Associate to work alongside its' highly reputable team and contribute to the strategy of the private client team.

The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of taxable estates, tax/estate planning, creation of wills and lifetime trusts amongst other private client matters.

The Candidate

• Private Client Solicitor with at least 6 years of post qualification experience
• STEP qualification would be advantageous but is not essential
• Ambitious and highly motivated, with a proven record of technical knowledge and with some experience of team management/supervision.
• Strong commercial acumen
• Experience gained in a boutique, national or regional firm
