Due to expansion, a highly regarded, regional Legal 500 firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor. The role will be based in its office in Greater Manchester with flexible and hybrid working.

The firm enjoys an excellent reputation servicing SME corporates and regional businesses. Its work is sophisticated due to a mix of clients including developers, landlords, commercial tenants, investors, professional services, retail and leisure clients.

In this role you will work alongside highly regarded real‑estate lawyers and benefit from their mentoring and guidance. You will have plenty of direct contact with clients, and you will nurture and develop your own contacts and business relationships. The real‑estate team is collaborative, well‑humoured and supportive.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Sales and purchases
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Development
• Property finance
• Insolvency‑related transactions
• Corporate support
